Delete your account

1. Delete from the app

Open FlowState, go to Profile and tap "Delete account and data", then confirm. Your profile, logs and encrypted key are deleted from our servers immediately and your sign-in account is removed.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you can't use the app, email info@pevahtech.co.ke from the email address you added to FlowState, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and data and confirm by email within 30 days.

3. If you never added an email

Accounts without an email have no name or contact details we could use to find them, so please delete them from the app. Your health data is encrypted with a key that only your phone holds, so any encrypted copy left after uninstalling cannot be read by anyone, including us.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your profile, all daily logs, your encrypted key and your sign-in account. Copies in our providers' routine backups are overwritten on their normal schedule. Kept: purchase records held by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat where accounting and tax law require them.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store settings.
